After each training shift, complete a Crew Coach Recap of your trainee so the entire Crew Coach Team is aware of everyone's progress. Use Fred docs if you need further clarification on McDonald's procedures. After a trainee completes Welcome To Maccas or when a manager asks, complete the Daily Training List from MyRestaurant using the STA Training Tracker.
Follow the Appearance policy to 100% every shift
Be an expert in all stations rostered
Follow shift manager directions immediately without fail
Complete cleaning checklist/tasks assigned by a manager to 100% every shift
Have consistent availabilities and shifts every week (except for temporary leave)
Show up to rostered shifts and not cancelling without a valid reason (emergency/sick)
Positive “can do” attitude
Applying full effort no matter what station you have been assigned
Read and acknowledge every post on the Crew Coach group chat
Follow up with crew procedures every time you are on shift, including CAYG
Lead the area whenever and wherever you are on shift, assigned by the shift manager
Communicate procedure focuses with crew
Follow up with stockroom, fridge and freezer organisation every shift
Ensure bathrooms are clean and tidy
Maintain a clean crew room
Keep the wash-up area clean and dry, APC and sanitiser sinks are filled and clean
The floors are dry and clean
Mop buckets and dry mops are clean and available
Clean and sanitised cloth buckets are available
Follow up with rubbish bin procedures in the corral; all rubbish is compacted
Safety attitude
Adherence to safety rules and procedures
Record hazards in Donesafe (minimum once a month)
Record safety conversations you have with crew (minimum once a month)
Report all incidents to the shift manager directly
