π Set availability correctly: All crew must set their availability in MyJob to ensure they can work their rostered shifts.
π΄ Holiday periods: During holiday times, all crew (including school and uni/college crew) must match their regular availability and holiday availability to avoid roster conflicts.
β° Morning & night shifts: Try not to change your early morning or late-night availability, or you may lose shifts.
π€ Roster concerns? If you feel youβre being rostered too often, contact Nixon or Roshan directly (not other managers).
Feeling unwell? Staying home is okay to protect others!
Steps to follow:
π Call the store at 9797 0209 at least 4 hours before your shift.
π« No texts, personal calls to managers, or emails will be accepted.
If under 18, a parent/guardian must call.
π₯οΈ If you cannot reach the store, complete the Sick Call Form
π¨ββοΈ Upload a copy of your medical certificate after visiting the doctor to the Medical Certificate Form
π§Ύ Part-time crew: Submit a Leave Form and attach a medical certificate to claim sick leave
π¨ No contact? Missing your shift without notifying the store will be treated as a No Show and result in disciplinary action.
Canβt work your shift? Follow these steps to arrange a swap:
π₯ Find a replacement with similar skills.
πΈ Take a screenshot of their agreement.
ποΈ Complete the Shift Swap Form
π« Important: If you canβt find a replacement or your swap is denied, you must work the shift. Missing it will result in a No Show.
Have a one-off event or commitment? Submit an NA request by the cutoff (Monday, 9 AM the week prior).
Steps to submit a NA request:
Open MyJob
β° Go to My Availabilities > Submit NA.
βοΈ Specify the day and times you cannot work.
βοΈ Press Submit.
To update your availability:
Open MyJob
β° Go to My Availabilities > Regular Working Availabilities.
π Select the week and make changes for the desired days.
βοΈ Press Submit.
π¨ No Shows or unapproved shift changes will result in disciplinary action, including a meeting with a manager.
π Frequent sick calls, cancellations, or missed shifts may lead to a suspension of your roster for review.
